We can service all makes & models of motorbikes and scooters.
Motorbike service
Service A - 1 hour
Oil & filter change & safety check
Service B – 2 hours
Oil & filter change; clean, lube & adjust chain; strip, clean & lube brake callipers *; change brake fluid; check coolant; safety check.
* if callipers are seized and pistons need to be removed add ½ hour per calliper
Service C – 3 hours
As service B + clean/replace air filter & change spark plugs
Service D – 5 hours
As service C + remove carbs, strip, clean & adjust.
Service E – 5 hours
As service C + check valve clearance.
If adjustment is required additional costs will be incurred. This can be up to 2 hours labour & additional costs of parts if shims required.
Suspension service – 3 hours
Should be done approx every 10,000 miles.
Replace fork oil & send rear shock off for overhaul*
*not all aftermarket shocks can be overhauled
Brake service – 1 ½ - 3 hours
Callipers are stripped*, cleaned and lubed. Brake fluid is replaced.
Drum brakes check, clean & lube.
* if callipers are seized and pistons need to be removed add ½ hour per calliper
Any combination of the above can be done, or if you want to build your own service, just ask for a price.
Service is hours + cost of parts. Parts costs vary from bike to bike. If anything is found on the safety check that requires attention you will be informed before any extra charges are added to your bill.
